LMIA

A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document that an employer in Canada need to get before hiring a foreign worker. A positive LMIA will show that there is a need for a foreign worker to fill the job. It will also show that no Canadian worker is available to do the job.
The process of getting permission from ESDC for both low wage and high-wage LMIA is a complex process, involving a lot of documentation both on the part of the prospective employer and employee. We have experts who handle all these complexities with utmost care.

Work Permit Procedures

Step 1: Your  Eligibility
If you are from outside Canada, you must already have a job offer from a Canadian employer. Otherwise, you are NOT eligible to apply for work permit. Our firm does NOT offer jobs to foreign workers.
